Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to VIGILITECH PLC and the website www.vigilitech.ch including any offers, shipping and services related to, distributed on or available through www.vigilitech.ch


Customers can place a binding order when using our online shop. Customers can add items directly to their cart, view the items they have added and delete items. As soon as customers have placed all items in the cart, they can fill in all personal data and choose their payment option. Then, all ordering data will be visible in an overview. Customers can again check and change the ordering data or cancel their order. By pressing the button «confirm and pay» customers are placing a binding order and are entering a contract with VIGILITECH PLC. After placing an order on our website we will send you an order conformation email with all data listed. Customers have to ensure that their email address is correct and that emails from VIGILITECH PLC can be received. If you use SPAM filters make sure that all emails from VIGILITECH PLC can be delivered.


The prices shown on the website are in Swiss Francs, exclusive of VAT, delivery charges as well as import duties that are applied by customs in the country of receipt. The value added taxes and import duties are on customer’s account. Delivery Charges

We charge at least CHF 35 on all parcels. The prices for sending parcels apply to shipment within Switzerland, Lichtenstein and abroad. When sending parcels abroad extra delivery charges and additional import duties may be incurred. All deliveries are covered by insurance. This service is free.


Items are shipped to the delivery address requested by customers. If customers request a special kind of delivery (e.g. express delivery), all additional charges are on customers’ account. Customers are charged for extra costs for another postal delivery in case of a late or failed delivery.

Delivery Time

All items are shipped the following day from the date of the order. We offer only one delivery option «PostPac International Priority» for all customers. Country-specific information on delivery times among others can be found on www.post.ch PostPac International Priority. Customers will be informed if an item ordered being unavailable from stock or being not any longer available for delivery.

Defect Items

After receipt all customers are to inspect items carefully for obvious defects being caused during delivery. Items are considered as having been approved, unless VIGILITECH PLC receives a written notice of defects within 7 workdays after receipt.


Customers have the right to cancel their contract with VIGILITECH PLC and return their items by post within 10 calendar days after receipt. Please note that we only accept items that are in the original packaging and in a sufficiently stamped parcel. At customer’s option, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or the items will be exchanged for similar items. Please note that items cannot be returned under the following circumstances: (1) once the return period has expired, (2) once the items have been used, (3) special offer items are not returnable.


We offer payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express) or invoice. Any payments are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
